This application demands some of a passenger’s personal information and uses them according to its Privacy Policy, which is applicable for all the services provided by Highway 360 and is considered to be a part of this Agreement by this reference. This Privacy Policy states what kind of information are needed for using this particular application and how they are being used to build up a connection between the particular authority, drivers and passengers and thus developing and improving our services, which are briefly described below :

i) When a user will open an account by signing in this application for getting a respective service, he/she will be asked to provide his/her full name, email address, phone number, gender and an identical password to build up a unique account.

ii) Payment for the consumed services will be on cash.

iii) The exact location of picking up and destination will be asked.

iv) Personal phone number will be asked for contacting with a user.

v) Name, particular address and phone number of a user will be provided to a specific driver before the trip.

vi) Information provided by a respective user will be kept totally secured and safe.

vii) This information will be analyzed form our research and development, will be used for our future promotional activities and for monitoring that, no fraudulent activities are being executed.

viii) Respective information will be provided to our Legal Authority in accordance with any kind of governmental order.

ix) While using this application, device information of a user, for example- IP address, web browser type, operating system version, system performance etc. will be received.

x) This privacy Policy may be updated, edited or changed for the convenience of the company at any time.

Terms & Conditions

A user is cordially requested to read the following Terms and Conditions properly and carefully before using the application –

i) Following are the primary rules and regulations for using this application. If you are not agreed with any of these conditions, you are requested not to install this application.

ii) These rules and regulations may be changed at any time, it is the responsibility of a user to check the updates at a regular basis.

iii) It is a transportational rental oriented business.

iv) Company will be responsible for some kinds of offences done by the driver, for example- misbehavior, physical or mental torture, sexual harassment and human trafficking. But, the company will not take any responsibility for any kind of accidental issue and criminal or fraudulent activities done by the drive. A driver maybe show caused or terminated against continuous complaints, but the company will not be involved in any kind of legal issues.

v) Use of any kind of content of this application without permission is strictly prohibited.

vi) This application cannot be used for performing unlawful and fraudulent activities.

vii) Any intentional harm and interruption cannot be done neither by the passenger nor by the driver.

viii) Any harm cannot be done by a passenger to the transports or the drivers.

ix) Once a vehicle is reached to its assigned destination, the requested trip cannot be cancelled, otherwise the user have to give proper compensation to the authority, which will be 10% of the amount of the trip.

x) Neither the company nor the drivers will be responsible for any kind of lading/stuff left by a passenger in the vehicle after a trip ends.

xi) The driver will be responsible for getting any kind of penalty given by the respective authority for violating traffic rules.

xii) Any kind of offensive picture related to this application or the service cannot be uploaded anywhere.

xiii) A user have to be agreed for receiving promotional messages of this application.

xiv) If any legal issue arises, the authority will provide all kind of information of a user to the Law Enforcement Department.

xv) If a user does not follow or violates any condition stated above and faces any kind of harm or damage, the company will not take any responsibility for that.
